Biography

Ruggero Rubino Sammartano is a lawyer qualified in Italy and France and international arbitrator with experience in cross-border litigation, international arbitration, corporate governance and strategic business advisory. He advises corporations, shareholders, entrepreneurs and international investors in domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters, particularly involving Switzerland, Italy, France and other many other jurisdictions.

His activity focuses primarily on international commercial arbitration, shareholders’ disputes, corporate litigation, governance matters, contractual negotiations and cross-border enforcement strategies. He also regularly assists clients in mediation procedures and negotiated settlements involving sensible disputes. Over the years, Ruggero Rubino Sammartano has developed particular expertise in disputes involving international corporate structures, technology-related matters, digital assets, fiduciary structures and regulated sectors.
