In 2009, she established her own law firm, <strong>DCL Avocats<\/strong>, in Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>After moving to Switzerland in 2012, Me C\u00e9line Leli\u00e8vre was admitted to the <strong>Vaud Bar Association<\/strong> as an <strong>EU\/EFTA lawyer<\/strong> in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>For the past 24 years, whether in Luxembourg or Switzerland, Me C\u00e9line Leli\u00e8vre has been assisting her clients, primarily businesses, in their daily operations. She supports them from their creation, drafting articles of association and shareholders&#8217; agreements, and setting up their commercial contracts (general terms and conditions of sale, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, etc.). She also advises them on managing their employees throughout the employment relationship, covering labor law matters (drafting, amending, terminating contracts, and handling disputes), as well as work and\/or residence permits. Additionally, she helps navigate the coordination of social security systems when transnational issues arise within the EU.<\/p>\n<p>Me C\u00e9line Leli\u00e8vre holds a <strong>DEA in Private Law<\/strong> from <strong>Nancy II University<\/strong> (France). She then worked as a teaching assistant at the same university for six years. She has been a <strong>member of the Luxembourg Bar<\/strong> since 2001, where she continues to practice both as a legal advisor and a litigation lawyer.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, she holds a <strong>mediation diploma<\/strong> from the <strong>University of Geneva<\/strong> and is trained in <strong>collaborative law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining <strong>MCE Avocats<\/strong>, C\u00e9line Leli\u00e8vre practiced and continues to practice in <strong>Luxembourg<\/strong>. As a legal advisor to <strong>telecom operators<\/strong>, she developed a specific expertise in <strong>public procurement law<\/strong>.
