In this role and during a period of crisis, Gilles Robert-Nicoud supported numerous restructuring and M&amp;A projects.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He has served on a number of boards, including a listed company, in the IT, textile and hydroelectric sectors. He also created and taught the \u2018Legal aspects of corporate finance\u2019 course at the HEC business school in Lausanne for 8 years.
