Our firm has several notaries (in Valais and Ticino) registered with the Swiss Notaries Federation. As such, they provide clients with all the advisory services related to this profession, as follows:

• drafting authentic deeds for Swiss companies whose current or future registered office is located in any Swiss canton (e.g., company incorporation, capital increase, capital reduction, restructurings such as mergers/acquisitions, amendments to the articles of association);
• drafting authentic deeds for individuals, such as public wills, inheritance agreements, or marriage contracts, regardless of their canton of residence;
• regarding notarial deeds related to real estate (including mortgage deeds), these must be executed by a notary in the canton where the properties are located. Our firm can handle the execution of such deeds for properties located in Valais and Ticino.
