Delphine Constantin

Delphine Constantin is the Founder and Managing Director of D Sy Law – an associated firm of MCE Avocats and an independent Singapore-registered international law practice.

She has been based and practicing in Asia for the past 15+ years. She advises corporates, funds, multilaterals and governments, in both Common Law and Civil Law jurisdictions – in Asia, the Pacific region, Africa and the Middle East.

Her practice focuses on all aspects of international investments, international disputes and risk management. She has developed specific expertise in relation to project finance (infrastructure and energy projects), commodities trading (in relation to energy products specifically); risk management (including in the context of Business & HumanRights and related legal and reputational risks), criminal law matters; disputes management and pre-litigation strategy, in the context of international arbitration and litigation.

Delphine is a Solicitor (England & Wales), a Foreign Registered Lawyer (Singapore) and qualified as an Avocat (France)(currently inactive). She holds law degrees from McGill University (Canada) and Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne)(France) and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (United States).
