Aarathana Selathurai

Aarathana Selathurai studied at the Law Faculty of the University of Geneva. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Swiss law in 2021, then completed a Master’s degree in general law in 2023. She also perfected her knowledge of common law, completing a Master’s semester at Swansea Univeristy of Law, Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law.

Parallel to her studies, Aarathana Selathurai had the opportunity to put her legal knowledge into practice by working as a consultant in the legal department of a Geneva-based association at the University of Geneva.

During her university career, Aarathana Selathurai worked as a lawyer in a public limited company. She joined our firm in 2023 as a legal assistant and jurist.

In addition to her professional activities, Aarathana Selathurai completed a full singing course at the “carnatic music” school of Indian classical music and obtained the IITA (International Institute of Tamil Arts) Singing Teacher’s Certificate in December 2023.

Since July 2024, Aarathana Selathurai has been working as a trainee lawyer with Christian Chillà in Lausanne.
