Biography
Anthony Braham is a Swiss advocate admitted as an Avocat/Rechtsanwalt, with more than 25 years of experience advising companies, entrepreneurs, families and private clients.
His practice covers a broad range of Swiss legal matters, with particular focus on corporate and contract law, wills, successions and estate planning, Swiss residency and naturalization, real estate, employment law and selected litigation matters. He advises both Swiss and international clients, providing clear, practical and business-oriented guidance.
Educated in Switzerland at Swiss and international institutions, Anthony has a deep understanding of the Swiss legal, commercial and administrative environment. His career includes senior in-house legal roles with multinational corporations, giving him first-hand experience of complex contractual, corporate and governance matters across various sectors.
Anthony also has experience representing clients before Swiss courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. His approach combines technical legal knowledge with pragmatic judgement and a strong focus on achieving practical solutions.
A native English speaker, fluent in French and with a good command of German, Anthony is particularly well placed to assist clients operating in Switzerland’s multilingual and international environment.
