• Preparation of official deeds for Swiss companies with offices in any Swiss canton: incorporation of a company, capital increase, capital reduction, restructuring such as mergers/acquisitions, amendments to the articles of association.
• Drafting of official deeds for individuals, such as public wills, inheritance agreements or marriage contracts.
• Notarial deeds relating to real estate (including mortgage deeds) must be carried out by a notary in the canton in which the real estate is located. Our firm can provide notarisation services for properties located in Valais and Ticino.
