Roxane Best a rejoint le Cabinet Carrel en 2019. Elle a d’abord travaillé pour le cabinet anglo-américain Hogan Lovells au sein de l’équipe contrats commerciaux et affaires règlementaires (pharmaceutiques et données personnelles) et pour le cabinet anglais Clifford Chance au sein de l’équipe Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
Elle se spécialise dans les contentieux liés à l’industrie pharmaceutique et aux produits de santé (droit pénal des affaires, Compliance, responsabilité des produits défectueux). Ses domaines d’intervention comprennent notamment la défense de personnes mises en cause dans des affaires de corruption, et de blanchiment et la mise en conformité des entreprises à la Loi Sapin 2.
